Our story begins in Kyrenia
the city where a Cypriot family who had migrated from Limassol settled, sparked by the youngest member of the family, İbrahim Can Arabacı, and his interest in tennis…

Noticing the lack of and indifference toward sports facilities in the city—where she had earned her living through hard work—and recognizing the inadequate opportunities her son faced in his childhood, the mother decided to embark on this initiative in 2016.

As the first step, she purchased her first piece of land and built a clay tennis court in 2018. The goal was to establish a boutique sports facility to serve the region in this area, generate economic income, and simultaneously benefit people.
As opportunities arose, the project grew, and by 2025 it reached a total of four courts: two large tennis courts, one mini tennis court, and one padel court. In addition, the project includes indoor sports areas featuring a yoga studio, a Pilates studio, and offices.
Guided by the philosophy “If we don’t do it, no one will come and do it for us,” the project’s mission is to bring athletes together by providing high-quality facilities.
Moving forward with this mission, the aim is to transform the project into a sports center in the coming years.
Special thanks go to the esteemed professionals of our country who contributed to the project: Architect Ali Yapıcıoğlu, Architect Ali Teknikel, and Civil Engineer Ulaş Yetkili, who oversaw and managed the project from start to finish, for their knowledge, vision, and contributions.
