Hi, I’m Suzie, a movement teacher with 35+ years of experience. My journey spans contemporary dance, pilates, and yoga, exploring styles like Vinyasa, Air Yoga, and Yin Yoga. At Club216, I teach Mat Pilates and Vinyasa Flow, helping you build strength, flexibility, and peace.

Jivamukti Yoga | Meditation

Naile, a food scientist and lifelong yoga student, began teaching in 2007 after training at Vivekananda University in India. As Cyprus’ first Jivamukti Yoga teacher, she has studied with renowned yoga leaders and teaches classes, workshops, and retreats locally and internationally. At Club216, she co-founded the yoga community, promoting compassion and connection through her practice.

vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement. It is known for its flowing sequences and energetic pace.

The term "vinyasa" means "flow" or "connection," referring to the smooth transitions between poses.

jivamukti yoga

Jivamukti Yoga combines postures with mindfulness, meditation, and chanting. Known for its holistic approach, it merges philosophy with movement.

'Jivamukti' means 'liberation,' fostering self-awareness and inner peace.
